Civitas Group Security supports the International Survival Championship 3rd edition
Close Combat Romania Club organizes the 3rd edition of the International Survival Competition, which is aimed at those passionate about action, survival techniques, as well as exceeding their own limits in extreme situations.
Around 50 teams have already signed up, including the Civitas team, Tango Lima made up of Mihai and Florin Cristian Bobeică from Targoviste.
This year, the championship will take place between July 14-16, in Crivăț (Călărași County) and Hotarele (Giurgiu County).

For those interested, competitors must have a minimum of equipment consisting of: tent, sleeping bag and everything necessary for this type of accommodation, replacement equipment, backpack, long camouflage pants (military style), boots or sports boots, leather gloves (for rappelling), personal hygiene items, mini first aid kit. Competitors can bring food from home or eat at the camp, for a fee. Interestingly, participants can come to the competition accompanied by friends or family for encouragement. The organizers will provide the logistic base.
The competition organizer is the Close Combat Romania club in Bucharest, known for survival and self-defense courses. Incidentally, the President of Close Combat Romania – Dumitru Dan explains: “I am the promoter/organizer of the International Survival Championship. This year, we are at the third edition. Contest teams are made up of two people each. The samples are spectacular, full of suspense, adrenaline and excitement and there are 5 of them. We have cash prizes and survival items. The event is televised. Last year there were 6 countries enrolled in the competition (Austria, Morocco, Italy, France, USA and Romania), of which 4 at the starting line.
