The security operations center is the command centre for security operations and the first line of response to security incidents. The equipment of the dispatcher is at the top level, being one of the most modern in the country. Through this, we can take signals from over 95% of the Romanian systems, with automation functions being developed to shorten the response time and make the reaction more efficient. Also, the dispatcher serves as an operational call center for customer problems and the staff is adequately trained to manage the following:
- Taking over alarms, evaluating them and coordinating the field intervention;
- Monitoring the operation of security systems and treating various emerging alarms (technical, operational, communication);
- Taking over customer tickets and notifications and support in operating the systems;

INTERVENTION
The mobile security services provided by Civitas at national level are:
- Fast intervention to validate alarms and provide an adequate response in the event of a security incident;
- On-demand interventions, for short periods of time (0-4 hours), to supplement the security forces or to respond to customer requests;
- On-demand/permanent patrol to check/prevent/prevent possible security incidents;
- Target arming/disarming services within the established intervals;
Intervention agents
Intervention agents represent an elite category of security staff and are specially selected and trained to cope with the very diverse requirements to which they are exposed and the conditions in which they must act. Thus, psychological assessment tools specially designed for this category of personnel are used in the selection and their training is continuous and includes shooting range sessions, physical training in gyms, periodic psychological tests.
The intervention teams are equipped with adequate equipment, approved by the PGI.
