• Good knowledge of the security services market, based on a relevant experience in the field (minimum 3 years);
• Good knowledge of the activities in the field of private security (Law 333/2003 – regarding the security of objectives, goods, values and the protection of persons);
• Ability to organize, analyze, plan and control – evaluation;
• Ability to work with people, to coordinate teams;
• Orientation to customer/ beneficiary satisfaction;
• Skills in visual management and time management; • Very good communication and negotiation skills;
• Dynamic, with initiative, able to find solutions;
• Trainer qualities;
• Availability for frequent trips and extended working hours;
• Higher education;
• PC knowledge;
• English language – intermediate level;
• Driving license – category B;
• No criminal history;
Job description
• Permanently identifies the expectations and objectives of the customers/ beneficiaries regarding the services provided by the security staff;
• Finds optimal solutions that allow the significant reduction of the losses suffered by the beneficiaries;
• Identifies and analyzes the specifics of the processes for property protection, compared to the specifics of the processes carried out by the beneficiary, for the application of improvement methods, with orientation to the needs and expectations of the client/ beneficiary;
• Knows and evaluates the business of the customers/ beneficiaries, anticipating their needs, by optimizing the results of the services for property protection;
• Analyzes the procedures and work instructions of the beneficiary, for the preparation and implementation of internal procedures at the level of the beneficiary, thus also proceeding to the continuous training/training of the security team;
• Permanently monitors the observance of the working procedures applied by the beneficiary, by the security team;
• Recommends to the beneficiary security solutions, in order to improve the processes of prevention and reduction of risks, losses resulting from thefts, fraud, destruction, waste, etc.;
• Identifies aspects that characterize the efficiency of the property protection processes (added value and losses determined by each process);
• Proceeds to the continuous approach and resolution of incidents/ problems occurred in the activity of security, in order to allow the improvement of the results obtained;
• Applies methods and techniques of data collection and analysis, planning, improvement tools (methods of work standardization, visual management – signalling the achievement of the conditions that may cause the occurrence of an abnormal situation, so that it is possible to apply a corrective action in time);
• Monitors the working relationships between the members of the security team and the members of the beneficiary’s team for the provision of suggestions for their improvement;
• Draws up specific work reports, monitoring the activity of the security teams, self-assesses the activity carried out in relation to the beneficiary (problems identified, measures proposed to the beneficiary, measures applied, statistical results obtained);
• Regularly requests feedback from the beneficiary on the activity of services provided by the security team;
