Ideal Candidate:
- to have a good knowledge of a design program such as: AutoCAD/IntelliCAD design program
- knowledge of CADProfi Electrical or other similar add-on modules is an advantage;
- numerical calculation skills at experienced level, knowledge of geometry, 3D representation;
- advanced operation Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook
- teamwork and experience with collaboration software tools (Teams, SharePoint or similar)
- working under tight deadlines
- analytical spirit, attention to detail and ability to prioritize in order to achieve the objectives
- a good understanding of mounting technologies for electrical installations and associated civil engineering works for installations (support poles, pipe sewers, foundations, etc.)
- Legislation knowledge, specific norms and other regulations in the field of drawing up the execution documentation, with emphasis on the requirements for the investment works from public funds;
- English language skills (intermediate level – recommended)
Job description
- Technically analyzes the calls for tenders, proposes solutions and draws up the lists of quantities of low current systems: security systems (video surveillance, intrusion detection, access control), fire detection, signalling and alarm, voice paging/alarm, voice/data/video networks, according to the specifications in the Tender Specifications to ensure compliance with the requirements;
- Reveals the situation in the field for detailing the solution, establishing the cable routes and for drawing up the preliminary measurements and execution details, whenever necessary; availability to travel within the sites in the country;
- Transposes in the final project documents (written memoranda/parts, drawings, calculation briefs, minimum acceptance criteria for the main materials and equipment) all the intermediate data of the solution validated and/or submitted by the project coordinator;
- Updates the technical documentation during the implementation of a project;
- Centralizes the documentation necessary for the approval/verification of projects;
- Prepares User Manuals and maintenance plans, in collaboration with the service/commissioning department
- Collaborates with the sales/bidding department and the teams of technicians for the implementation of the project;
- Monitors the quality of the services provided and the observance of the deadlines provided by the contracts;
- Participates in training programs initiated by the company and technology providers;
- Proposes to the manager actions for personal development;
- Provides informational support to the other members of the team;
- Ensures the confidentiality of the information to which he/she has access in the exercise of his/her job duties
