Volunteers from Civitas joined the OMV Petrom initiative in organizing the campaign Together for a safer community, which took place between September 21-23, 2016, in Moinești and Zemeș (Bacău county). Volunteer activities lasted one day, during which volunteers planted 500 roses in the center of Moinesti and in the park and carried out greening activities (an area of approximately 1 km on the outskirts of the city). In Zemeș, the volunteers installed a playground in the Bolătău schoolyard.
Between October 5 and 7, 2016 in Moreni and Gura Ocniței (Dâmbovița), the volunteering activities lasted one day, during which the volunteers renovated and painted part of the Flacăra Moreni stadium. Moreni is a city with a tradition in football, Flacăra Moreni being among the first football teams established in the country. At Gura Ocniței, the volunteers installed a playground in the center of the commune.
