Our cultural projects aim at the local development of artistic events. Following this direction, we participate in as key partners at the most important cultural events in which we invested over 50.000 RON.
The “Shakespeare” International Festival, held at the “Marin Sorescu” Theater in Craiova, has become a beautiful tradition that we support in its main objective, that of offering a royal of foreign and Romanian performances, as well as the programming of the Student Theater Workshops, with a formative-educational character.
Civitas is with the poet Constantin Preda, providing financial support for the publication of the volume of love poems “I would like to give flower names to your knees”.
Constantin Preda (born on January 12, 1961, in the village of Damian, Sadova commune, Dolj county) made his debut in “Flacăra” magazine (no. 41 – 8 October 1981, p. 19, with a presentation of Fanus Neagu), and editorially, in 1984, with the volume of lyrics “My sister, the insertion” (“Scrisul Românesc” Publishing House), at the recommendations of the writers Fănuș Neagu, Marin Sorescu, Eugen Negrici, Gheorghe Pituț and Emil Brumaru.
